Amy Maloney is a licensed physical therapist with a strong focus on geriatrics and home care and a foundation in orthopedics. She began her healthcare career as a staff therapist in outpatient orthopedic clinics and eventually turned her sights to home care. Over the past 11 years, she has worked with a variety of medical diagnoses and has worked to develop fall prevention, joint replacement, and home safety programs. She takes great pride in working closely with each patient, caregiver, and family to help clients achieve their goals in the home environment.
Amy graduated with a Master's in physical therapy from Northeastern University in 2000 and is currently a candidate for the NU Transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy program, Spring 2022. She is a Milton native and resident, active in the community with her spouse and two children. In her spare time, Amy enjoys yoga, strength training, and spending time on the beaches of Cape Cod.
Amy is thrilled to be joining A Step Up PT to use her experience and education to ensure that patients receive the most qualified care available.
