I have been a physical therapist for over 20 years, and a North Shore resident for my entire life. My initial interest in physical therapy developed after multiple injuries sustained as both a field hockey player and equestrian athlete in my youth. I pursued both my undergraduate degree as well as my Master's degree at Boston University.

Following graduation, I began my PT career in the outpatient orthopedic setting, specializing in spine health, ergonomics in the office & industrial setting, as well as total joint replacement rehabilitation.

I have also been a PT in the home care realm for 14 years. In this setting, I have discovered a passion for helping people overcome functional challenges within their home and community. I have a special interest in promoting mobility with individuals with Parkinson's Disease.

When I'm not working, I enjoy hiking and snowshoeing with my husband, two active boys, and two gigantic dogs, as well as riding my temperamental horse across the North Shore.
